Sole to Soul Dance Academy

As David proclaimed, "Let them praise His name with dancing." Thus, the primary objective of the Sole to Soul Dance Academy is to educate dance students in multiple genres of dance for the specific purpose of praise and worship.
Sole to Soul Dance Classes
Classes and are offered for children age three (by 9/1/22) through 12th grade. Beginning and experienced dancers are invited to attend. Students are not required to be members of BHBC to participate.
BALLET: All Sole to Soul students are encouraged to enroll in a ballet technique class, designed to enhance the dancer's overall fundamentals. Ballet classes include recital choreography. NEW students in grades 3-12 are assigned a ballet class based on previous training and experience; an additional "Ballet Basics" class may be required.
JAZZ/HIP HOP FUSION: For students interested in jazz or hip hop, Fusion classes provide the best of both worlds! Jazz/Hip Hop Fusion classes are available for students in 1st through 12th grades and include recital choreography. Enrollment in ballet class is not required, but strongly recommended.
TAP: Grab your dancin' shoes and feel the rhythm! Tap classes are available for students in 1st through 12th grades. These classes include recital choreography. Enrollment in ballet class is not required, but strongly recommended.
CONTEMPORARY: Looking for a new challenge? Combine the technique of ballet with the stylings of jazz and lyrical, and you’ve got Contemporary-style dance. This class is open to students in grades 9 and up. Enrollment in ballet is not required, but strongly recommended.

TUITION PAYMENTS
While we are a ministry of the church, Burnt Hickory Music & Dance operates solely on the funds generated by tuition and fees, which are used to provide the best instructors, equipment, and supplies. Registration is now open! A non-refundable, yearly registration fee is required for enrollment and includes a S2S T-shirt, featuring our logo.
New students: Please the Sole to Soul Director for class recommendations prior to registering.
Please note: Students may not enroll in more than a combined 10 hours per week of dance classes, private music lessons, or group music classes offered through Burnt Hickory Music & Dance, including the Sole to Soul Dance Academy.
